Most health apps ask you to track numbers. This template asks you to describe how you actually feel, which is often more useful for finding patterns and more honest for understanding your own body.

What you'll be asked

  • How is my energy today?

    Morning vs. afternoon vs. evening. Note anything that shifted it.

  • What did I notice about my body today?

    Tension, discomfort, ease. The full picture, not just the problems.

  • What did I eat, and how did I feel after?

    This connection is often invisible until you write it down consistently.

  • Sleep last night

    Quality matters as much as hours. Did you wake up? Did you feel rested?

What did I notice about my body today?

Tight across the shoulders since this morning. I've been hunched over a project and keep forgetting to move. After the walk at lunch the tightness was mostly gone. Came back by 4pm. Clear cause and effect, I just keep ignoring it.

Why it works
